Tenebr is a space built on mutual respect, darkness embraced not weaponised. These rules apply to every interaction on the platform.

Tenebr (operated by Tenebr Ltd, registered in England & Wales) provides a matchmaking and social platform for adults within gothic and adjacent subcultures. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information. Accounts are non-transferable.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting, you grant Tenebr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

In addition to the Community Rules above, you may not: attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; circumvent security measures; create multiple accounts to evade bans; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Tenebr Ritual (premium tier) is billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support@tenebr.app within 7 days of a charge.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is stored on EU-based servers. You may request deletion of all your data at any time via Settings → Delete Account or by emailing privacy@tenebr.app.

When you request deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which it is suspended but not erased. Logging back in during this period will reactivate your account. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenebr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
